Go instore and give owners phone number at checkout [We provide it in capture]
Cashier will turn screen to you to enter MM-DD [We provide it in capture]
Enter MM-DD and if they ask for a year just say a year close to yours [They cannot see the year]
Once you enter in the MM-DD it will go through! Enjoy your items

If birthdate is NULL you call the GAP support and say you lost access to your account and they will transfer the points to your own account, then you can use it.
